WHERE DO WE GET OUR INGREDIENTS?

The meats are sourced from free range farms in Western Canada, mostly in Alberta. Except the smelt of course :)

Organic second ingredients are Sourced from BC to Nova Scotia. 

Organic pumpkin is sourced from Canada & US

WHAT IS GREEN TRIPE?

Tripe is the stomach wall of a grazing animal such as cow, buffalo and sheep. Ruminating animals have four stomach chambers breaking down grass with digestive enzymes and good bacteria. Being "green" tripe means its raw and not processed by cleaning with bleach or partially cooked which will destroy all the digestive enzymes and natural probiotics. They are vital nutrients your dogs and cats need to cleanse toxins, help digest, improve metabolism, control hormones and boost their immune system. If your pet is suffering from allergies, indigestion and other minor health problems, green tripe is worth a try!

DO WE GET A FACTORY TO MAKE THE TREATS?

We do not use any companies to mass produce our treats. From cutting the meat, to dehydrating and packaging, it is all done by Kevin's hands.

DO WE NEED TO KEEP IT REFRIGERATED?

Since the treats are dehydrated under 10% moisture level, they will last minimum a year stored in a cool dry area before opening. Oxygen absorbers help absorb the oxygen in the bag. Once opened, you can keep it out for months, however,  I recommend refrigerating it to keep it as fresh as possible :)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We guarantee our products with any manufacturing errors or defects. We can not do full returns with products your pet decides not to eat, however, we are always willing to help find and create more options for your fur babies :)
